WAIVER & CONSENT AGREEMENT

(For participation in Parkour Generations activities)

Please read the following carefully before completing registration.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this registration.

I understand that activities including parkour, acrobatics, movement, and any physical training involve inherent risks, including potential for injury (e.g. bruises, sprains, or more serious injury). I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child.

2. Limitation of Liability

I agree that, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Parkour Generations Limited, its instructors, and staff will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities unless caused by their negligence.

3. Medical Declaration

I confirm that my child is physically fit and has no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I will notify Parkour Generations Limited in advance of any relevant health concerns.

4. Media Consent

Photographs and video may be taken during sessions for use in Parkour Generations' promotional and marketing materials (including online). I consent to my child being included in such media.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By submitting this registration, I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms above. I am the parent/legal guardian of the child being registered.
